Our site is made available free of charge, with options to pay for additional services if required. Users can create a profile and list a property for free. We then offer two further packages, featured and premium.

We offer a free service to both landlords and tenants. In addition to the free option we offer two further subscription packages for landlords (featured and premium) who wish to upload multiple properties and gain access to further landlord services. For the two paid subscription services our payment provider Stripe will require bank details.
The two paid subscription services will operate on a rolling monthly contract which can be cancelled at any time during the month. No notice period for cancelation period is required. No refunds or credits will be given for a partial month whereby a cancelation is requested.
We will use Stripe Inc. Bank to process any payments made to our website. Users who make a payment to our website will do so via Stripe and therefore will be subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy, available to view at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy https://privatelandlords.co.uk/acceptable-use-policy.
