About Private Landlords

Private Landlords is a new online service for private rental properties in the United Kingdom. We connect landlords and tenants without the need for a letting agent.

Landlords can list their property, free of charge, to find tenants in their local area. Landlords can also choose to upgrade to one of our premium subscription packages to upload additional photos and listings. We provide additional services, including a ready to use Tenancy Agreement, and a Lettings regulations checklist, to ensure landlords are fully equipped to let their property and tenants are safe in the knowledge that the landlords are following the necessary legal requirements.

Landlords and tenants can communicate safely and securely, using our integrated instant messaging facility, instantly chatting to potential tenants or landlords, asking each other questions and making arrangements to either view a property or get further details.

In six easy steps landlords can list their available property to let choosing one of three levels of service, instantly making their property available to find nationally online to any potential tenants.

Tenants can search the site for any city, post code or area of the UK to find a list of potential properties and then use the instant messenger to chat direct to the landlord and arrange a viewing.
