When arranging a viewing we suggest you keep it simple. Discuss a time with the tenant that suits you both. Try to keep it during daylight hours if possible to help with seeing the property and also provide safety reassurance for both parties. Try to arrange multiple viewings during the same morming or afternoon spaced at 15 minute intervals. This will be time efficient for all.
