Our chat facility has your safety in mind. To use the chat facility you must create a Private Landlords accounts. To begin chatting with a landlord or tenant, a prospective tenant will need to find a property of interest and then click the (Message the landlord) button. Upon clicking the (Message the landlord) button, a new chat conversation will automatically start between the tenant and landlord. Tenants and landlords can chat at any time and will receive real time notifications while browsing on the website. If the tenant or landlord is not online, offline notifications in the form of emails will be sent if the user has opted to receive notifications. Chat will be available on every page (bottom right) if logged in or you can navigate to (privatelandlords.co.uk/chat) to access the large chat page.
