Once you have formally agreed to let your property to a tenant you need to change the property status to 'let agreed', in order for you to stop receiving further interest from other prospective tenants. This can be done in the 'Edit Property Listing' page. After 28 days? of inactivity on your account, we will send you a reminder email to find out if you have let your property. Your listing will not be deactivated until you edit its status.
